The Select Committee on Vocational and Technical Education was created for the purposes of examining the issues related to providing excellent and accessible postsecondary vocational and technical education, making the best use of the facilities and resources available for such purpose, establishing the most appropriate governance and organizational structure for such purpose, and reviewing and responding to the work of the postsecondary management and policy boards and others as they study the issues and propose changes or make decisions in this area.
