Welcome to District 36 in northwest
Louisiana, a rural and urban area that encompasses all of Bienville and
Webster Parishes and parts of Bossier, Claiborne and Red River Parishes. The
people are down-to earth and hardworking, with independent and fair-minded
values. It is our goal to present these same values to improve the quality
of life and economic climate for District 36. My staff and I are always only
