In the 2001 Regular Session of the Legislature, the Health Care Services Division (HCSD) received authorization to implement a "Business Enterprise Model" for |

governing the division's finances. Accordingly, R.S.17:1519.2(B) stipulates that only State General Fund will be appropriated to HCSD through FY 2005. All other |
||||||||||||||
|
means of financing shall be deposited directly into the Health Care Services Fund without appropriation. The table below itemizes for the administrative program |
